Shipping and returns
Tenera has a 15 DAY return policy so: Once you have received your order you can return or exchange your item in 15 days.
When you decide to return your piece back to us please email firstname.lastname@example.org first about your inquiry. You will be sent Tenera's up to date return address and related information on your refund/exchange.
In order your request to be confirmed, the item has to fulfill the following; item should include its original tags and the canvas bag. It should not be worn or have any damages.
As soon as your item is received, it will be passed through the quality control check and you will be refunded in 7 days time.
The buyer is always responsible for the cost of the return shipment. For the domestic returns the buyer will be given a company code to use when returning an item with Yurtici Kargo only.
When the refund takes place, a refund invoice will be generated and sent to your email address.
It may take up to 7 days for the refund to be made to your registered debit/credit card.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item you can return it within 20 days of purchase and you will be fully refunded.
If you want to exchange your item for another size,colour or style, you need to return and reorder. You won't be charged twice for the shipment. (In this case the buyer is responsible for the return cost only.)

- Shipping 4-5 working days with Yurtici Kargo.
- Returns: The buyer pays for the reduced price. (Ask for the code in case of any return or exchange.
- Shipping 7-9 working days with FEDEX.
- Returns: The buyer pays for the full shipment price with their chosen courrier company.
